1.1. Introduction
Blue Saffron Ltd. t/a Dangan Group is committed to the protection of children's rights and well-being. As such, the company is committed to complying with all applicable European and international laws concerning child labour. This policy outlines the company's commitment to not engage in or support the use of child labour in any part of its operations.

 

1.2. Definition
Child labour is defined as any work or activity that deprives children of their childhood, their potential, and their dignity. Child labour is work that is mentally, physically, socially, or morally dangerous and harmful to children, and interferes with their schooling by depriving them of the opportunity to attend school, obliging them to leave school prematurely, or requiring them to attempt to combine school attendance with excessively long and heavy work.

 

1.3. Our Policy

  • Blue Saffron Ltd. t/a Dangan Group will not employ or support the employment of any person under the age of 15, or under the age for completing compulsory education in their country if that age is higher than 15.
  • Blue Saffron Ltd. t/a Dangan Group will not use or support the use of forced or compulsory labour, nor will the company require employees to pay for their employment.
  • Blue Saffron Ltd. t/a Dangan Group will not knowingly work with any supplier, contractor, or partner who engages in or supports child labour practices.
  • Blue Saffron Ltd. t/a Dangan Group will establish procedures to verify the age of workers and to ensure that they meet the minimum age requirements before employment.
  • Blue Saffron Ltd. t/a Dangan Group will take appropriate action if it becomes aware of any child labour practices in its operations or those of its suppliers, contractors, or partners.
  • Blue Saffron Ltd. t/a Dangan Group will report any suspected child labour practices to the relevant authorities and take appropriate measures to address the situation.
  • Dangan Group Recruitment will conduct regular audits of its operations to ensure compliance with this policy.

 

1.4. Conclusion
Dangan Group Recruitment is committed to preventing the use of child labour in any part of its operations.

The company recognizes the importance of protecting children's rights and well-being and will continue to work towards ensuring that its operations are compliant with same.
